Stina

Stina wines are impeccably pure, exclusively single-varietal. As such, they leave no one indifferent. On the contrary, they always evoke a spirit, and through their story, they encourage us to share something as well: aloud, in writing, or through a drawing on their label… It doesn’t matter. As long as there’s inspiration. Let it be Stina.

Always single-varietal.

Wines of impeccable purity.

Handcrafted.

Exclusively manual agronomy.

For inspiration!

It evokes a spirit and encourages us to share something as well.

MEET STINA WINES

Plavac Mali

The variety that defines the unique character of Stina wines, bringing the richness and authenticity of the island of Brač in every drop. These premium wines reflect the passion and tradition of viticulture passed down through generations. With their deep, dark colors and layered flavors, they offer an unforgettable experience. Our labels explore the full potential of this variety, each with its own unique touch, perfect for lovers of intense yet elegant red wines.

Tribidrag

STINA Tribidrag is a dry red wine made from the ancient indigenous Dalmatian variety Tribidrag, known globally as Zinfandel or Primitivo. With its characteristic dark red color, the wine is rich in fruit aromas of ripe berries and plum, complemented by a long, spicy finish and subtle, powdery tannins. On the palate, it is full-bodied, warm, and elegantly rounded – a true wine that reflects the strength and elegance of Dalmatian tradition.

Pošip

Pošip is one of the most important white wines of Dalmatia, and Stina Pošip embodies all the best characteristics of this indigenous variety. Refreshing citrus notes, passionate fruit, and peach dominate its flavor, with a distinctive minerality that provides elegance and a long-lasting finish. It is distinguished by its textured structure, making it an excellent choice for lovers of sophisticated white wines.

Vugava

A dry white wine produced from the indigenous grape variety Vugava, originally from the island of Vis. In Stina’s vineyard at 550 meters above sea level, it produces a slightly different result, which we are extremely pleased with. The wine is characterized by a golden-yellow color with a subtle greenish reflection, and on the nose, it reveals rich aromas of apricot, ripe apple, and citrus. Thanks to controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, Vugava retains its characteristic freshness and good balance.

Opol

Stina Opol is a dry rosé wine from Brač vineyards, produced from the Plavac Mali variety. It is made from the first pressing of Plavac Mali, with a dark pink color, light and very drinkable. Its distinctive character comes from high minerality, freshness, and pleasant fruity aromas of strawberry and raspberry, followed by notes of grapefruit and tropical fruits.

Prošek

Traditional Dalmatian sweet wine made from Pošip and Plavac Mali, two indigenous varieties. The vineyards are located right by the coast, on steep slopes, and the hand-harvesting takes place later when the berries are overripe and dry.

Each variety is vinified separately: Pošip gives a sweet wine with fruity aromas, while Plavac Mali brings notes of dark berries and jam. After six months of separate aging, the wines are blended in large wooden barrels, where they rest for another two years, and then for another six months in the bottle.

Rich, creamy texture with aromas of dried fruit, plum jam, vanilla, and sweet spices.
