2. Orders
The customer places an order through an electronic form. A customer is considered to be anyone who electronically orders at least one product, fills in all required information, and submits the order. After completing the order, the customer receives a confirmation by email.
All prices are expressed in euros (EUR) and include VAT.
3. Payment Methods
Stina-vino.hr offers secure online payment via credit and debit cards:
Mastercard®, Maestro®, Visa.
The payment system uses Monri Payment Gateway, certified according to PCI DSS Level 1 security standards. Card data is not stored on our servers.
4. Delivery
Delivery is carried out via reputable courier services within 3 to 5 business days within the Republic of Croatia. Delivery costs are shown in the cart before order confirmation.
Customers are advised to check the condition of the package upon delivery and to immediately contact the courier in case of damage. We are not responsible for any damage incurred during delivery.
5. Complaints and Returns
JAKO VINO d.o.o. undertakes to deliver a product that is technically functional and corresponds to the product description listed on the website www.stina-vino.hr. The product image displayed on the website may not match the actual appearance of the product, and the customer cannot file a complaint based on visual discrepancies.
In the event of a technical malfunction of audio recordings stored on a sound carrier, JAKO VINO d.o.o. assumes full responsibility. The customer must report the technical malfunction no later than 4 (four) business days from receipt of the product. After submitting the complaint, the customer is required to return the defective sound carrier by mail, along with the delivery note. JAKO VINO d.o.o. will, within 3 (three) business days from receiving the returned product, send a replacement product to the customer free of charge. In this case, the customer is not entitled to a refund, only to a replacement product.
JAKO VINO d.o.o. is not responsible for any damage or obligations under the responsibility of the delivery service (the company performing product delivery).
If the customer chooses the option to download the product and is unable to do so due to technical problems on JAKO VINO d.o.o.’s server, the seller undertakes to send an email with a new download link, at no additional cost to the customer.
If the customer is still unable to download the product due to server-related technical issues on the seller’s side, the customer must contact JAKO VINO d.o.o.‘s customer service, which will offer an appropriate solution without any additional charges to the customer. In this situation, the customer is not entitled to a refund.
In the event that the customer cannot download the product due to issues not caused by the seller (e.g., technical problems on the customer’s side, with their internet provider, or third parties), JAKO VINO d.o.o. assumes no responsibility and is not obligated to provide another download or product delivery free of charge.
The customer is required to download the product within 5 (five) business days from the purchase. After this period, the download will no longer be available, regardless of whether payment was made. In such a case, the customer waives any right to a complaint.
Complaints must be submitted within 3 business days of receiving the shipment via email to: info@stina-vino.hr.
A return is only possible if the product is unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
6. Refunds
If the complaint is justified, we offer the customer:
- a replacement product,
- a refund (via the original payment method),
- a coupon for the next purchase.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after the complaint is accepted.
7. Right of Unilateral Contract Termination
The customer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days of receiving the package, without providing a reason.
The contract termination request must be sent via email to info@stina-vino.hr.
8. Currency Conversion Statement
All payments will be made in euros (EUR). The amount charged to the credit card will be expressed in euros and converted into the customer’s local currency according to the exchange rate of the card issuer. Minor differences may occur due to currency conversion.
