VINIFICATION
- Process
- Maceration and fermentation for 4–5 weeks in stainless steel tanks. Part of the fermentation done with natural yeasts.
- Aging
- 12 months in barrique barrels (225 L) made of French (80%) and Slavonian (20%) oak. Barrels aged 1 year (50%) and new (50%). Bottle aging for a minimum of 18 months before release.
