VINIFICATION

- Maceration and fermentation for 4–5 weeks in large wooden barrels (3000 L). Selection of the best barrel after fermentation.

- 18 months in new barrique barrels (225 L) made of French oak. Selection of the best barriques after 12 months of aging. Bottle aging for 24 months before release.
