DECLARATION ON DATA PROTECTION DURING PURCHASE (GDPR)

The seller undertakes to respect the anonymity and privacy of users and will use and process data solely for the purposes and intent defined in these Terms. The seller may collect personal data of users, such as name, address, tax identification number, telephone number, or email address, only if the user voluntarily provides it to the seller or gives consent to accept the General Terms of Business before completing the order. The seller will use this data exclusively to fulfill contractual obligations and to gain a better understanding of individual needs, habits, and requirements of users, as well as for further development and enhanced provision of all services offered by the seller. The seller collects, processes, and publishes data regarding the use of services without revealing the identity of users and/or personal data that allows the disclosure of user identity.

The seller is committed to protecting customers’ personal data by collecting only necessary, basic information about customers/users required to fulfill the seller’s obligations; informing customers on how collected data is used, and regularly providing customers with the option to decide how their data will be used, including the choice of whether or not their name is removed from lists used for marketing campaigns. All customer data is strictly protected and only accessible to employees who require it for their work. All employees of the seller and business partners are responsible for respecting privacy protection principles.
