Prices

Through the online store www.stina-vino.hr, customers are able to purchase the entire range of products and services available in the Merchant’s offer and stock, except for special products that may occasionally be produced in limited series.

All prices are retail prices, expressed in euros (EUR), include VAT, and are valid for all payment methods at the time of purchase. In the case of purchases from countries where the euro is not the official currency, the amount will be converted to the local currency during credit card billing according to the exchange rate of the card provider, which may result in slight variations in the final amount.

The listed retail prices apply exclusively to purchases made through the Merchant’s online store and may differ from prices in physical retail locations. The displayed prices are valid at the time the order is received. Promotional offers are valid only at the time of the order and are subject to change without prior notice.

The customer places an order via the shopping cart. By submitting the order to the Merchant, the customer accepts the offer, thereby entering into a contract between the customer and the Merchant. The Merchant will promptly confirm receipt of the order electronically and provide confirmation with details about the order, delivery address, payment method, total price, delivery costs, and Merchant contact information.

The customer can modify the order only by contacting the store via email: info@www.stina-vino.hr.

In the online store, the customer can pay for the order by clicking on “Proceed to Payment.” The shopping cart will display the total purchase amount, including delivery costs and VAT.

The Merchant will deliver the ordered products to the customer in the requested quantity if available. If a specific product is out of stock or cannot be procured, the customer will be notified via email and may choose to cancel the order or accept a new delivery date. In the event of cancellation, the Merchant will refund the amount paid within 14 days.

Payment

The Customer can pay for the ordered products and services using one of the following methods:

• Internet banking (Monri Payments)
• Credit and/or debit cards: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, Diners (Monri Payments)

If the Customer chooses to pay via bank transfer or internet banking, after completing the order they will receive an email with a payment offer containing all necessary payment details. The payment deadline is 48 hours from the order confirmation. After this period, the Merchant cannot guarantee product availability, and the order will be considered canceled.

Order processing begins once the payment is visible in the Merchant’s account.

Statement on the Security of Online Payments

Payments on our online store are secured through the Monri Payments system for the secure acceptance of payment cards online.

Monri Payments ensures complete protection of your card and personal data from the moment they are entered into the payment form. The data is transmitted in encrypted form from your web browser to the bank that issued your card. The store never comes into contact with your full card details, and they are also inaccessible to employees of the Monri Payments system.

Payment data is secured using high-level SSL encryption, and all stored information is further protected in accordance with PCI DSS standards. Monri Payments complies with all security requirements prescribed by leading card organizations and enables additional user authentication via the 3-D Secure protocol.

All collected data is considered confidential and is used solely for the purpose of processing payments in accordance with applicable regulations and online payment security standards.
