One of the most renowned communication festivals in Europe awarded the wine label design that captures the extreme slope of the vineyard.
Stina Winery and the agency Bruketa&Žinić&Grey won silver for the design of the Stina Plavac Mali Stipančić wine label at the international Golden Drum festival. This is one of the most famous communication festivals in Europe, celebrating its 29th edition this year. According to the organizers, the goal of the festival is to celebrate the best ideas, creative teams, and individuals who have made a mark in the industry, those who manage to breathe life into a good idea.
The silver-awarded design of the Stina Plavac Mali Stipančić wine label captures the extreme slope of the vineyard where this first single-vineyard wine of Stina Winery is produced. All Stina wines are made on the island of Brač, known for its white stone that has inspired many artists for centuries. In the same way, Stina wine aims to inspire everyone who tastes it. That’s why the labels are a blank white canvas inviting everyone to express themselves creatively.
The uniqueness of the first Stina single-vineyard wine, Stina Plavac Mali Stipančić, lies in its origin from a hard-to-reach, rocky vineyard on Brač, cultivated on a slope with an extreme incline. This very slope is represented by its four-layer label. Therefore, everyone who creatively expresses themselves on it faces a challenge: to create in harmony with the slopes on the label, just as the winemakers do in the Stina Plavac Mali Stipančić vineyard.
